Available to all cat and dog owners. No prior skill required. Limited to 12 students.

Sponsored by Berkshire County Pet First Aid and the American Red Cross, this four-hour hands-on training will provide you with valuable information and experience that could save a pet’s life. We will cover:

• Recognizing an emergency and safe restraint of an animal in distress
• CPR and rescue breathing
• Choking
• Wounds, poisoning, burns
• Sudden illness and much more

You will receive the American Red Cross Dog or Cat First Aid new edition book and DVD and a certificate of completion included in your fee.

According to the American Red Cross regulations, no live animals will be present during this training. We will work with animal manikins and video assisted learning.
