TRICKS!

Tricks class is available for all who successfully complete Beginners Obedience Level 1. Limited to 8 students.

Teaching tricks requires good communication, patience and a love for fun and play with your dog. During each class of this 5-week course you will learn the fundamentals of training tricks: how to have a flexible plan for training, how to break each trick down into tiny steps so it is easy for your dog to understand and progress, when and how to use lures, markers, cues and hand signals.You will be amazed how fast your dog will pick up new skills AND how much the relationship building that happens with tricks training carries over into all your activities.Tricks will include: crawl, roll over, take a bow, shake, spin, sit pretty, fetch the newspaper, jump through a hoop, and lots more.
